Congratulations to Danum Homes on being appointed our development partner for our mixed-use development at York Road in Market Weighton, East Riding of Yorkshire.
We secured planning permission in July 2024 for up to 120 new homes, which form part of a wider 19-acre mixed use development also offering employment, commercial and other community floorspace.
Doncaster-based Danum Homes, being local to the site, are perfectly positioned to deliver this exciting project, and we can’t wait to see how the development takes shape.
