Richbrough’s growing South East team has moved to a new home in London!
Led by recently-promoted Senior Regional Director Nick Banks, the team is now based at the centrally located x+why Fivefields at 8-10 Grosvenor Gardens, just 4 minutes’ walk from Victoria Station.

Fivefields offers stylish Grade A office space as well as conferencing facilities, breakout areas and an outdoor roof terrace for meetings in the warmer months, with great views across the city.

It provides the ideal base for the team, which also includes Senior Land & Planning Manager Rhys Tupper, Planning Manager Owen Weaver and Assistant Land & Planning Manager Oliver Wilkins.

The facilities will be used by the wider Richborough team too, especially our Land Studies division – led by Alex Sciarretta – and Richborough Commercial – led by Nick Jones – as their workload increases in the south.

Nick Banks said: “Fivefields offers us high quality, flexible facilities in a convenient location between the established real estate districts of the West End and Belgravia. x+why is also certified B Corp, recognising its commitment to prioritising the environment and society in the way it does business, which aligns with our values.
“The main reason for our move is the growth in our team and workload. We have 25 live sites in our portfolio with the potential to deliver over 7,000 new homes, with a number of major planning applications set to be submitted before Christmas.
“We are also ready to help local authorities meet their increased targets for housing delivery expected as part of the government’s proposed revisions to the National Planning Policy Framework, in its plan to provide 1.5 million new homes in five years.”
