In 2019 Ethan Swift came to work with us on his work experience. Five years later he’s returned to the fold, joining our growing technical team.
In his full-time role, Ethan will apply his enthusiasm and skills to work closely with the technical team, analysing constraints to mitigate their impact on our development sites and ensuring opportunities are maximised to realise their full potential for clients and landowners.
