We have submitted an outline planning application for up to 75 new market and affordable homes in Ellistown, north west Leicestershire.
Our proposed plans for the land west of Midland Road will also include public open space and a children’s play area.
Richborough Commercial has also submitted an outline planning application for land east of Midland Road for up to 314,000 sq. ft of employment space.
Both proposed residential and commercial sites have been identified as draft allocations in North West Leicestershire District Council’s new Local Plan, identifying them sustainable and suitable for development.
