Our own marathon runner Harry Boniface has been promoted to the role of Land and Planning Manager as part of our successful Midlands team.
In recognition of his support in what is one of the Company’s busiest regions, Harry’s new role reflects his high standard of work and commitment to developing contacts and networks that deliver new opportunities within the Midlands portfolio.
Harry joined Richborough in 2023 and has worked closely alongside the Midlands team to progress sites through the acquisition and planning process as well as identifying new land opportunities.
Working across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire, Harry’s understanding of the diversity of the region’s planning matters and geography has proven invaluable. He also willingly and regularly joins in business initiatives and charity drives, such as taking part in the 2024 London Marathon raising nearly £3,000 for our chosen charity St Basils in the process.
Richborough’s Midlands Regional Director Joe Jones said: “Harry has done a superb job developing our regional portfolio and as a real team player shown real commitment and determination in wider Richborough programs too. His professionalism and hard work are hugely valued and it’s a privilege to work alongside him.”
Harry Boniface, Land and Planning Manager said: “Richborough is providing a really meaningful progression and career path under the mentorship of Joe Jones and I’m looking forward to my next chapter at Richborough as we continue to outperform in the land promotion sector.”
