Our busy North region has appointed Connor Wigley as Planning Manager and taken new office space in Manchester city centre.
Connor was previously a Senior Planning Consultant at Broadgrove Planning & Development in Stockport and worked at land promoter Gladman before that.
This new role sees Connor leading on the North region’s planning strategy and supporting North Regional Director Harry Jackson with portfolio growth.
Their new Manchester office space is located at the x+why’s 100 Embankment on Cathedral Approach in the city centre. It is conveniently located just four minutes’ walk from Victoria Station making it ideal for client meetings.
The facilities will also be used by the wider Richborough team, including Richborough Commercial and our Land Studies team.
Connor’s appointment and new office space come at an exciting period for the North region, which is gaining significant traction in terms of sites secured and applications being prepared.
Harry Jackson said: “The North has seen substantial growth over the last couple of years and we now have the potential to deliver more than 7,000 new market and affordable residential plots for the region.
“We are also actively looking for more new development opportunities to help support local authorities following the Government’s recent announcement of increased housing targets under its NPPF reforms.
