Richborough has announced the promotion of Faith Byrne to the role of Business Finance Manager.
The newly created role is a reflection of her progress and proactive, problem-solving nature which has seen her introduce new initiatives to improve efficiency within the business since she joined us in 2023. Faith will now be working much closer with our regional and operational teams to support them with their project cost reporting as we grow and expand.
The new Business Finance Manager role will see Faith focusing on project-level budgeting and forecasting, from which she’ll develop detailed cash flow forecasts to be amalgamated up to an overall business level. The role will continue to develop over time and is expected to expand our resource and expertise for internal reporting and forecasting.
Tom Ball, Richborough’s Financial Controller said: “Over the last 18 months since joining Richborough, Faith has led on the implementation project for our new Accounts Payable system. Alongside the design of the new system, there was also the significant task of uploading all historic costs so we could rely solely on the new system for our project cost reporting. This required significant commitment and perseverance to manage this project alongside day-to-day duties which expanded significantly as Richborough continues to grow at pace. It is only right to reflect her increasing responsibility and we are delighted to give her this new title and position.”
