We have submitted a major outline planning application for the development of up to 1,525 high quality new homes on land at Arbury Estate, Nuneaton.
The proposed Arbury neighbourhood will offer a range of housing options to meet local demand, including 25% affordable homes, and provide key community amenities such as a new primary school, local centre, allotments, community orchards and neighbourhood park.
The 215-acre site, allocated for residential development by Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council under the Borough Plan, lies on the eastern side of the Arbury Estate. The location offers excellent connectivity, with proposed access locations at Heath End Road and Walsingham Drive, alongside enhanced pedestrian and cycling links.
Richborough’s vision is to create a sustainable, well-connected community that complements its surroundings. A Design Code supports the adopted policy and was produced as part of National Model Design Code pilot program. This has been a key document considered in the preparation of the planning application to set the quality benchmark and ensure the vision is delivered by the appointed development partner.
