Richborough is pleased to announce that Alanna Mahoney has been promoted to Senior Land and Planning Manager in reflection of her work growing our new homes delivery pipeline in the South West region.
From our Bristol base, Alanna plays a key role in securing and delivering development opportunities in the region, bringing forward land for high-quality residential schemes. She joined Richborough in 2020 and has steadily shown commitment, tenacity and teamwork in growing relationships and opportunities.
Our Bristol office opened in 2022 and has grown exponentially with over 5,000 residential plots in the planning pipieline. Alanna’s dedication and expertise has been instrumental in shaping our regional portfolio and strengthening relationships with local stakeholders.
Commenting on her new role, Alanna said: “I’m incredibly proud to continue growing our South West region and to take this next step with a business I’ve been part of for 5 years. It’s been an exciting journey to watch the company grow, evolve, and push new boundaries.
