We’re pleased to announce the appointment of David Moore as Senior Technical Co-ordinator.
David joins our London office from Taylor Wimpey, where he has served as Design Manager since 2021. With over 15 years of experience in the housebuilding sector – including key roles at Redrow and David Wilson Homes – David brings a wealth of expertise in coordinating architectural and engineering design, resolving complex design challenges, and ensuring efficient project delivery.
This appointment marks the continued growth of our technical team as we expand and grow nationally. David will work closely with both our Birmingham tech team and our design team to ensure rigorous due diligence in the assessment and planning of new sites, maximising opportunities while mitigating potential constraints. The team’s work plays a critical role speeding up the progression of schemes and enhancing their appeal on the open market.
