We’re delighted to welcome Freddy Stephens to our growing Planning Delivery team.
We created a dedicated Planning Delivery team at the start of the year, at a time of significant growth, in response to the change in government policy. This team oversees our expanding portfolio of residential planning applications, preparing submissions, unpicking national and local policy and following applications through to determination as well as providing project management support for planning appeals.
Freddy brings valuable experience from his role as Pre-Construction Manager at St. Modwen Homes, where he managed complex sites from assessing commercial viability through to acquisition, planning approval and condition discharge.
He joins other members of our new dedicated team: Matt Parry, Grace Sadler, Briony Stenhouse and Kharam Choongh. Under the leadership of Matt, the team is overseeing a rising number of planning applications in progress.
