We’re excited to announce that we’ve signed a promotion agreement for a 21ha site in Keresley, near Coventry, which could cater for up to 350 new homes, including much-needed affordable housing.
Comprising two land parcels that are separated by Fivefield Road, our proposals for the site include new public open spaces which can be enjoyed by existing and new residents in the community, including play areas, cycle and pedestrian footpaths and landscaped areas.
We’re also analysing the site to look at how we can retain and enhance the existing green infrastructure to boost and protect the biodiversity and ecology in the area and protect viewpoints from the nearby Hounds Hill.
Our regional team is currently consulting with the local community and working closely with our technical, design and planning teams to ensure the site comes to fruition with a robust and fully considered submission.
Katie Saunders, Senior Land and Planning Manager at Richborough, said: “We’re excited to unlock the potential of this high-quality land opportunity, delivering much-needed new places to live to the area.”
Our thanks to Bidwells.
