Shareen Mitchell has joined the Richborough Birmingham HQ as a Technical Coordinator.
With more sites underway than we’ve had before, Shareen joins us at an incredibly busy time, assisting on complex sites to maximise opportunities and minimise constraints, working through a variety of issues from engineering to sustainability to BNG. Shareen previously worked at St Modwen Homes as Assistant Technical Co-ordinator so comes with experience of this rather niche corner of the planning and development world and has hit the ground running.
Shareen is the latest member in our seven strong team, under the leadership of Group Technical Director Stuart Nelmes.
Stuart said: “Shareen is helping us assist our regional, commercial, design and planning teams and her industry experience will help unlock the maximum potential for each of our sites for each of their stakeholders.”
