We’re pleased to have submitted a planning application for a new residential development for up to 120 homes on a 14.35-acre parcel of land off Crewe Road, Crewe.
The homes will be a mix of types and sizes with 30 per cent affordable housing provision. Public open space and landscaping are also planned.
