We’ve submitted a planning application for up to 126 new homes on a 19.5-acre site off Station Road in Market Bosworth, Leicestershire (CV13 0PE).
The proposed scheme includes a mix of homes to suit different needs, with 30% affordable housing and a focus on quality design, green infrastructure and landscape-led placemaking. The plans include new public open space, sustainable drainage and enhancements to local biodiversity.
Anabel Christmas, Regional Director at Richborough, said: “This site presents a great opportunity to deliver well-designed new homes in a location with strong local connections and access to community facilities. The proposals respond sensitively to the character of Market Bosworth, balancing new development with open space and landscaping.
“We’re looking forward to working collaboratively with Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and stakeholders as the application progresses.”
Many thanks to the team involved: Anabel Christmas, Andrew Meikle, Mark Dauncey, Charlotte Lewis and Briony Stenhouse. And to our excellent consultants: Fisher German, Hub, Tyler Grange, Pegasus, Ramm Sanderson and RPS.
