We’re delighted to announce that we have submitted a planning application for a new residential community of up to 290 homes on a 45-acre site off Drayton Road in Newton Leys, Milton Keynes (MK17 0EE).
The plans include a wide range of homes, including affordable housing, alongside new public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage features. The scheme has been carefully designed to reflect the local character and make the most of the site’s strong connections to nearby amenities and transport links.
Katie Saunders, Senior Land and Planning Manager at Richborough, said:
“We’re excited to be bringing forward proposals for a well-designed, sustainable extension to Newton Leys. The site offers a real opportunity to deliver much-needed homes in a well-connected location, with green space and community value at the heart of the plans.
“We’re looking forward to working closely with Buckinghamshire Council, Milton Keynes City Council and consultees as the application progresses and hope to ultimately to bringing the site to market for a high-quality development partner.”
Thanks to the team at Richborough – Marc Wilson, Katie Saunders and Richard Lomas, and our consultants Andrew Wright and Alex Jenden at Kirkby Diamond.
