We’ve had another planning application approved, along with glowing praise from councillors for our positive engagement!
We’re delighted to have secured outline planning consent for a high-quality residential development spanning 17 acres in Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire.
Members of Wiltshire Council’s strategic planning committee gave the green light to our plans for an attractive, landscape-led residential development, which will include:
- Up to 95 homes, 38 of which will be affordable
- New play areas and allotments, alongside a variety of open spaces with leisure routes promoting healthy lifestyles
- Drainage infrastructure and biodiversity enhancements
- Excellent location close to local facilities and transport links
