We’re excited to have submitted a residential planning application in North Yorkshire.
Our plans propose up to 190 homes on a 30-acre site at Bar Lane, Knaresborough (North Yorkshire Council).
Our scheme adopts a landscape-led approach, integrating the proposed residential areas, public open spaces, sustainable drainage features and wider connectivity points into the site’s distinctive mature boundaries.
Up to 76 affordable homes are also proposed, meeting pressing need in the ex-Harrogate area of North Yorkshire.
