We’ve submitted a planning application for up to 80 dwellings on a 12-acre site off Sycamore Close in Stockton (CV47 8PF).
The proposed scheme includes a mix of homes to suit different needs, with 35% affordable housing and a focus on delivering a sustainable development with quality design and green infrastructure.
