Armed with lots of post it notes and plasticine, another group of Richborough new starters stepped into the world of Insights Discovery!
Ethan Swift, Matt Parry, Melissa Slaney-Smith, Connor Wigley, Kirren Channa, Kharam Choongh, David Moore, Freddy Stephens, Lewis Godsmark and Shareen Mitchell were all part of the session, where they found out more about each other’s personalities and how t0 work together effectively.
A couple of big themes stood out: the power of being curious (not judgemental) and truly stepping into each other’s shoes. When we slow down and aim to understand a colleague’s perspective, our conversations become more honest, constructive, and impactful.
