We’re delighted to have signed an agreement to promote a 7.9 acre parcel of land in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
Located off St Godwald’s Road, the site is brilliantly located close to schools, shops and transport links and could deliver circa 70 new homes and will meet affordable housing requirements.
The site has recently been identified for residential development in the Bromsgrove Draft Development Strategy Consultation Document.
