It was an incredibly busy year from start to finish for Richborough and Richborough Commercial.
Despite the challenging planning system, we enjoyed huge success:

• 16,000 residential plots and 1.6 million sq ft commercial space added to our portfolio
• 9 site sales
• High quality new places to live and work unlocked
• We shaped national policy and debate, including a meeting at No.10 Downing Street for our CEO Paul Campbell
• Over £80,000 raised for St Basils and Baby Lifeline
• We welcomed brilliant new teammates and made new roles and promotions.
