NPPF Reform: Revolution or Rebrand? This was the title of a fully booked panel event featuring Katherine Titley, Regional Director of our South West division.
Organised by Savills and YEP, the session in London also featured Charlie Collins, Head of Office, Guildford and Head of South East Planning at Savills; Claire Dutch, Managing Partner / Co-Head Planning and Environment at Ashurst London and David Bird, Director at Rovia Transport Planning.
The panel discussed the Government’s proposed changes to the NPPF, examining their potential impacts, opportunities, and how they may shape the future of development.

Katherine focused on the proposed changes to the presumption in favour of sustainable development, as well as plans for housebuilding near well-connected train stations to be given a default ‘yes’ .
👏An excellent event attended by housebuilders, land promoters, agents, consultants and finance experts!
