We’re thrilled to have secured a resolution to grant planning permission for a high-quality residential development off Sandbach Road, Congleton.
Our plans propose up to 120 homes in mix of types and sizes with 30 per cent affordable housing provision. Public open space, landscaping and improved pedestrian and cycle connectivity are also planned.
The 15.3-acre parcel of site is in an excellent location close to local and amenities and transport links.
