Led by Matt Parry with Briony Stenhouse, Becky Pull and Kharam Choongh, this specialist team brings experience from major housebuilders, land promoters and land management.
They prepare and manage planning applications from start to finish, coordinate submissions, undertake public consultation and respond to consultees to help guide projects through to a decision.
Recent highlights include:
– Assisting our regional teams with a record number of planning submissions in 2025 – equating to 9,000 plots
– Helping secure a speedy resolution to grant for new homes in Southwell – submitted in November 2025, with a resolution to grant secured in March 2026
– Overseeing the planning application process for a site in Melbourne, South Derbyshire providing new homes in line with local policy requirements including National Forest planting, biodiversity net gain and SUDs, which was won on appeal earlier this year.
– Working on the planning application submission for another site won on appeal this year at Warton, North Warwickshire
– Leading planning applications at Gresty Lane, Crewe and Sandbach Road, Congleton which both received resolutions to grant from Cheshire East Council in January and February this year.
