We’re thrilled to have strengthened our Midlands team with the appointment of Braden Stonehouse as Land and Planning Manager.
Based across a growing portfolio stretching from Cheshire to Gloucestershire, Braden will support the identification, promotion and delivery of strategic residential sites throughout the region.
Braden joins Richborough with five years’ experience at McLoughlin Planning, where he began his career as a graduate planner following completion of his Geography degree at University of Gloucestershire. During his time there, he worked across a range of strategic residential developments and planning projects, building significant experience in the promotion of large-scale housing sites.
He has also secured an MSc in City, Community and Regional Planning from the University of the West of England and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Joe Jones, Regional Director (Midlands) said: “It’s great to welcome Braden to the Midlands team. His experience working on strategic residential sites, combined with his strong planning background and enthusiasm for the sector, has given him a flying start in our team.”
Braden added: “Richborough has its finger on the pulse of the industry and an excellent reputation for promoting sustainable strategic developments that work for both Local Plans and local communities. I’m looking forward to contributing to the continued growth of the Midlands team and to learning and developing with the team here.”
