Led by Jordan Gresham, with Hannah Deverell and Melissa Slaney-Smith, the team secured nine site sales in 2025, working with major volume housebuilders through to SME developers.
What sets them apart is their experience on both sides of the negotiating table, so they are pretty spot on at matching the right site to the right housebuilder. Before joining Richborough, all three worked in-house for housebuilders in land acquisition roles, so they understand the day-to-day realities purchasers face – from commercial pressures to the priorities and level of detail needed to keep deals moving.
