And the winner is…
Nick Jones, Group Director of Richborough Commercial took to the stage at the RICS West Midlands Awards in Birmingham to announce the winner of the Commercial Development category.
Nick revealed the winner as the Three Chamberlain Square at Paradise Birmingham – and presented the award to project team members. Located in our home city, Three Chamberlain Square is a landmark 10 storey Grade A commercial workspace with complementary ground‑floor retail.
Nick also served as a judge for the category, which saw him visit the nominated projects, meet the teams behind them, and see first-hand the positive impact they’re having on communities, businesses, and the built environment.
He said: “Judging the RICS Awards is always a reminder of the incredible talent, collaboration, and commitment across our industry. Every project demonstrates how thoughtful design, engineering and delivery can make a real difference to people and places. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists – it was inspiring and a privilege to be involved.”
