We’re delighted to welcome Matthew Galvin as Planning Manager in our South West regional team, strengthening planning expertise as we continue to grow our presence across the region.
Matthew will oversee the preparation and submission of residential planning applications across Richborough’s growing South West portfolio. He will also manage live applications, working with local authorities and project teams to secure planning permissions and progress strategic land sites towards development.
Planning and housebuilding experience
Matthew joins Richborough with several years of experience across the planning and housebuilding sectors.
He was previously a Planner at CALA Homes and, before that, held a planning role at Form Design Group. Matthew holds a First-Class degree in Urban Design, Planning and Development from Oxford Brookes University.
He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an Associate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (AssocRTPI).
His experience from both a planning and housebuilder perspective will support Richborough’s work with landowners, local authorities, housebuilders and other development partners across the South West.
Growing Richborough’s South West team
Richborough is continuing to expand its presence in the South West in response to growing demand from landowners and developers.
Working across strategic land projects throughout the region, Matthew will work closely with South West Regional Director Katherine Titley, alongside Richborough’s centralised Planning Delivery team led by Matt Parry.
