The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the construction of a building comprising of 36 apartments, including access and ground-floor and under-croft parking, following the demolition of the existing built form on site, at 1-4 River Walk, Tonbridge TN9 1DT, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref TM/19/01108/FL, dated 8 May 2019, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
