The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for “Erection of 18 No. dwellings with associated access, parking and landscaping, following removal of existing buildings” at 1 Vincent Walk, Dorking RH4 2HA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref MO/2020/0432, dated 2 March 2020, subject to the Schedule of Conditions.
