The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of one dwelling and up to 110 № residential units at 171 Thorpe Road and land tothe rear of 121 – 183 Thorpe Road and 4 – 20 Chapel Lane, Kirby Cross,Frinton-on-Sea, Essex CO13 0NH in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 15/01710/OUT, dated 6 November 2015, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule.
