The development proposed a demolition of existing dwelling house, stables and barn and the erection of 12 new replacement dwellings and garages has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Mark Bristow of Burgundy Developments Ltd against the decision of Buckinghamshire Council – North Area (Aylesbury).
The application Ref 22/00979/AOP, dated 17 March 2022, was refused by notice dated 7 November 2022.
