The development proposed for a detached two storey building comprising 10no. flats with rooms in the roofspace and include associated parking, landscaping, refuse and cycle storage areas following the demolition of the existing house has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Octagon Developments Ltd against the decision of Elmbridge Borough Council.
The application Ref 2021/2942, dated 13 August 2021, was refused by notice dated 31 March 2022.
