The development proposed for demolition of four existing bungalows and erection of two blocks of flats and three bungalows (a total of 25 units) has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Hurst & Hurst Estates Ltd against the decision of BCP Council.
The application Ref 7-2021-20591-C, dated 9 February 2021, was refused by notice dated 30 September 2021.
