The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for Outline application with some matters reserved for a maximum of 100 dwellings and associated access including demolition of 211 Alfreton Road at 211 Alfreton Road, Sutton in Ashfield NG17 1JP in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref V/2019/0491, dated 25 July 2019 subject to the conditions.
