The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 125 dwellings (Class C3) with access off Dark Lane, at 23 Dark Lane and land adjoining, Backwell, Somerset BS48 3NT, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 24/P/1185/OUT, dated 10 June 2024, subject to the conditions.
