This appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for demolition of existing dwellings and construction of 7×1 bed and 9×2 bed apartments with on-site parking and access off Braywick Road and Greenfields in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 18/00263, dated 29 January 2018,subject to the conditions set out in the schedule at the end of this decision.
