The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 10 № dwellings at land to the rear of 328b – 334 Barkham Road, Wokingham, Berkshire RG41 4DE in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 160732, dated 17 March 2016, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by CALA Homes (Thames) and Vortal Properties against the decision of Wokingham Borough Council.
