The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for the demolition of an existing residential property, construction of a new access onto Common Road with the erection of 10 detached and semi-detached two storey dwellings, associated garaging and parking, landscaping and all enabling works at 44 Common Road, North Leigh OX29 6RB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/03720/FUL, dated 12 November 2021, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the schedule of attached conditions.
