The development proposed to demolish the existing building and erect a 4 storey building comprising 18 apartments with bin and cycle storage and the formation of car parking spaces has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Prime Space Properties Ltd against the decision of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council.
The application Ref 7-2020-13085-M, dated 10 March 2020, was refused by notice dated 24 November 2020.
