The development proposed for the erection of 34 dwellings following demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings (Access and Layout to be considered only) (Resubmission of Planning Application PA/2019/1698) has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mrs Elizabeth Marrows against the decision of North Lincolnshire Council.
The application Ref PA/2020/545, dated 17 April 2020, was refused by notice dated 18 December 2020.
