The development proposed an outline planning application (all matters reserved, except for access) for the residential redevelopment of the Acorn (MK) Nurseries site for up to 29 no. dwellings (including affordable housing), plus access and other off-site highways improvements, following the demolition and removal of all existing structures and hardstanding from the site has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Ian Pretty, Mr Stephen Burchmore and Francis Jackson Homes Ltd against Milton Keynes City Council.
