The proposed development for Outline planning consent for 1 ha (2.47 acres) (up to 30 dwellings) residential development with all matters reserved has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Jackson Philips Asset Solutions against the decision of North Lincolnshire Council.
The application Ref PA/2020/672, dated 20 April 2020, was refused by notice dated 10 November 2020.
