The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 98 No. dwellings at Aldersley Avenue, Skipton BD23 2LH, in accordance with application Ref. 2018/19146/FUL, dated 29 March 2018, subject to the 23 conditions set out in the attached schedule.
