Appeal A – The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for erection of up to 160 no. dwellings and open space at Land at Woolton Road, Allerton, Liverpool L18 9UZ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 160/1191, dated 18 May 2016 was refused by notice dated 10 January 2017.
Appeal B – The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for erection of alterations to the existing curtilage listed wall to create three points of access on open space at Land at Woolton Road, Allerton, Liverpool L18 9UZ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 16L/2392 dated 23 September 2016 was refused by notice dated 9 January 2017
