The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for construction of mixed use scheme comprising 244 sqm of retail space (Class E(a)), 36 flats (16 x one bed, 20 x two bed), associated access, car parking, bin and cycle storage and landscaping at Alpine Press, Kings Langley WD4 8LF in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 22/2025/FUL, subject to the conditions.
