The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for an outdoor sports pitch, new convent accommodation for the Sisters, C2 use (residential institution for Convent accommodation), with part change of use of the Manor House to F.1 use (Learning and non-residential institutions), and the erection of 20 dwellings with associated external works including access, parking, hard and soft landscaping, at Alton School, Anstey Lane, Alton, Hampshire GU34 2NG, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 21560/023, dated 10 March 2021, subject to the conditions.
