The development proposed for demolition of Victorian house and erection of new apartment building (3 x 1 bed, 12 x 2 bed, 2 x 3 bed) with associated parking, bin stores and landscaping, with minor changes to entrance area has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Glyn Mosses against the decision of Wokingham Borough Council.
The application Ref 192747, dated 16 October 2019, was refused by notice dated 9 April 2020.
