The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 100 dwellings (including up to 35% affordable housing), demolition of buildings, introduction of structured planting and landscaping, informal open space and children’s play area, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, vehicular access point from Astwick Road and associated ancillary works on land west of Astwick Road, Stotfold, SG5 4BG in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref CB/16/04161/OUT, dated 25 August 2016, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against the decision of Central Bedfordshire Council.
